These are some really cool sites and products that I've found on the web. There are some people I idolize and some that are just plain freaky. Needless to say, you'll learn a lot about me by looking at these. Make sure you check out the Princess Leia Headphones!

As I find more cool stuff, I will add it. To goal is to find two cool things a day.

Texty
This is the content managment system that I use for this very site. Like the name suggests, it's REALLY simple! and it's perfect for a blog site like this. You just create a text and copy the code to your page. When you want to update the content, you edit the texty and VOILA! your page is updated. They help you get commenting and RSS under control too.

The AOL Developer Network
This is the day job. I run this site using Drupal CMS. I do the legwork for the whole site - both the front end and the back end. Enough about work...

ScrapBlog
This is a cool site that I was introduced to last year at the BlogHer conference in Chicago. I'm not a scrapbooker, but I know many who are. It's a really cool online tool for media collection, manipulation and presentation (yes I am a graphics geek). There are several out there just like this one, but I liked their corporate feel - they had that "too stupid to know better" startup vibe - I think that's called innocence in the real world.

GeekSugar
This is by far one of the best geek sites for women! I love this site and all of the affiliate sites. There's everything you need to make your coffee taste irresistable in the morning. A personal favorite is the slide show of rejected Star Wars toys and products. Then, of course, there are the sushi shaped USB drives that only a webdev could love! Who wouldn't love a little scrambled egg and raw tuna hanging off the side of their laptop?
